– As we journey through life, we must make choices that will ultimately shape the path that we travel. What kind of control do we have in our path making experience?
In our life there is so many decisions to make. Do you say yes to something that you want to do? Do you say yes to something you do not want to do? Did you do what you did in order to please another or not hurt their feelings? These are questions that have answers only you could know. You are the one with access to your decisions and decision making power, the navigator of your life path.
We have two tools that have been gifted to us in this experience. These tools are primary “way makers” in our life. Yes and No are the steering wheel of our daily life. If the flow is always flowing, the Yes’s and No’s are always going, our hands on the wheel, these two things are guiding you wherever you want to go in your life. I think this perspective helps take any guilt out of disappointing someone else by choosing what is right for you rather than for them. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t consider helping people when they need it or being there for the person even when its not convenient for us. Being conscious and making the right decision for you instead of pleasing someone else, in most cases, will lead you to feeling more aligned with you.
We also get to use yes and no when telling our self what we want to think or do not want to think. Yes or No is a great way to weed out what we want or do not want n our minds as far as thoughts, beliefs and also our sometimes runaway imaginations. We can stop our imagination with observing and using the “No” in authority to what we are willing to accept. Yes and no are not a words, but a powerful tools to navigate and stay on our natural path.
The ability to choose consciously is the key to creating the life path you desire to live and feel naturally closest to.” Of course, natural law, morality and the law of consequence exist and should be respected. If I would have understood this earlier in life, like I do now, much of my life would have been different. I was always worried about being isolated, I didn’t want to choose something that worked for me because it didn’t seem to fit with much of what was going on around me. I know I had so many experiences just because I was living in fear of being too different and being ridiculed by others.
Today, I stand in a much greater place of self respect, self love and authenticity. This allows me to be happy daily, regardless of the outside world stressors. Using the power of yes and no has allowed me to come out of misery. I am working with this formula of being conscious of my Yes and No choice making. I Its been crucial in becoming more of who I am naturally. I realize that if someone else is upset about my choice of yes or no, that it is something they have to deal with, not me. It is my duty to express my free will and it is my purpose to discover my true self and align. I would rather exercise my decision making power with my yes and no, and live a path where I am fulfilled instead of drained.
May you be happy, peaceful and free.
